Guests were openly drinking in the shared areas, making things noisy and uncomfortable. It didn’t feel safe or suitable for families at all. The stay was poor value, and I wouldn’t recommend it, especially to families. The rooms weren’t clean, service was slow, and the staff seemed unprofessional. Basic amenities like [WiFi/AC/room service] were broken or badly maintained.

Requests seemed like a burden to the staff, and problems that should have been handled quickly were left unattended. The owner was unprofessional and unhelpful, dismissing concerns outright. Rooms weren’t properly maintained, cleanliness was neglected, and basic amenities were missing or not working. For what they charge, the service and management were unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable, respectful stay. There are much better nearby places that care about their guests.

Even in a non-AC room, there’s a geyser. When we asked, staff switched on its main switch at 4:00 am.

The food was delicious, and breakfast had an impressive spread. Hotel Grand Inn, Warangal is also well placed near the city centre and major attractions. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and courteous, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They clearly pay attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend Hotel Grand Inn, Warangal for a good stay in the city.
