The broken washroom door was the worst part of my stay and made things extremely inconvenient. Cleanliness was so bad I'd rate it below zero, and the basic requirements the staff promised weren't met. The booking staff and the people serving guests seemed to have very different ideas of hospitality. I chose this place in Dehradun this weekend because I wanted to be near ISBT. The price was reasonable, and staff had convinced me the stay would be pleasant, but I ended up disappointed. Hygiene, service standards, and honesty about the rooms all need improvement.

The location made it easy to walk around the city center, and we had a wonderful 3-night stay. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast offered a great range of fresh food, and the staff made us feel welcome. [Raj ] at reception arranged a late checkout for us. We'd highly recommend the place and will return! 🙂

The room was damp, with leaks in the walls and doors, and the linens were dirty. The geyser didn't work, though the price was moderate. Muskan restaurant and the other nearby food shops are very good. I only stayed because I had a bus the next morning. After a strenuous trek and 10 hours of travel from Sankri, I was exhausted and checked in late, so I took the first hotel I saw after being dropped near the bus stand. The location by ISBT bus stand is great, but apart from that, this place was crap.

I'm a woman traveling alone and felt very safe here. The hotel is right on the road and easy to find when you cross it. The red bus always drops at the last point, just across the road. Special thanks to pervesh at reception, he was really nice and helpful.
