The location was a real plus for my mum and me. Half Hotel sits a little away from the busy main roads, so it was quiet, but still surrounded by places to explore. A short trip gets you to several lovely beaches, and we'd suggest having some kind of transport to get around. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool, a calm spot to spend the day. Breakfast had a good range of choices, and the staff were happy to handle special requests. We stayed in April 2026 and ended up extending for another week because we were so comfortable. Jeetu, the manager, was especially caring and helpful, and the staff took care of anything we needed quickly, which kept the stay stress-free. It was nice to meet Charles, the owner, too. He likes to meet guests in person and checked in to see how things were going. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Breakfast was great, and the pool was lovely, very clean, surrounded by greenery, and pleasantly cool. The rooms were comfortable, cozy, and clean, while the friendly, cheerful staff made our stay enjoyable. Hauf Hotel is right in the city center, with the beach only 10 minutes away. We had an amazing stay in Goa and would highly recommend it to families and couples.

The rooms were spotless, hygienic, and comfortable, and the poolside and rest of the property were clean and well looked after. The whole stay felt premium and stress-free. Jitu ji was especially helpful and made sure we were looked after from the first day. We were also glad to meet the owner and have a great conversation. We had a delightful time at Half Calangute, Goa. Thanks for the photos and the hospitality. We definitely plan to visit again on our next trip to Goa, hopefully soon. Highly recommended.

The rooms and shared spaces were clean and well maintained, and the staff stayed friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. We had a wonderful stay and I'd highly recommend this place.

The staff were rude, and the stairwell smelled of cigarettes. We stayed in a junior suite, but it didn't have a balcony, and the bathrooms had neither a dental kit nor clean towels. The rooms were extremely small, and the pool was tiny. The property wasn't as good in person as it looked in the pictures. The breakfast menu was so limited that you'd be better off skipping it. They say the kitchen is open 24/7, but when we called to order food, they said it was busy and refused to take our order. I'd suggest skipping this property. It isn't worth the price.
