Breakfast was included, with tasty food, plenty of protein, and a good variety. The washrooms were sparkling clean, and the place was kept very hygienic. The reception staff were courteous, and the staff hospitality was especially good.

We first heard of this resort through my mom, Mrs.Sujata Mohan Nadkarni, who is excellent staff of Bank of India. Our visit was awesome, from the food and rooms to the service and overall ambiance. The service was so warm and welcoming. We'd love to come back. Thank you!

The rooms were comfortable, and we felt secure in a comfortable environment. Staff were friendly and cooperative, and they told us about some new food varieties at lunch and dinner that we hadn't tried before.

The senior staff kept checking that we were comfortable, which made the place feel homely. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I'd recommend it to friends visiting Lonavala, and we hope to return soon.

The room was spacious, but dated fixtures and poor upkeep made it feel neglected rather than premium. The pool was also in such poor condition that it didn't seem clean or inviting enough to use, so anyone booking mainly for the pool might want to think again. Breakfast was another disappointment for vegetarians, with only one veg dish, and it was just okay. I had mixed feelings about the stay, since the dining options were limited and maintenance was lacking.
