From 16/06/2024 to 17/06/2024, I stayed in Room NO.204, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. It was dirty when I arrived, the towel was torn, and there were stains on the bedsheets. The room and bathroom also had a foul smell. The bathroom geyser didn't work, so there was no hot water. My children went swimming in the morning and were very cold when they came back, but there was no way to get a warm shower. These problems affected our stay and fell short of the standards I expected. I ask for them to be addressed promptly, and believe a partial or full refund would be fair compensation for the inconvenience. I look forward to a quick reply and a satisfactory resolution.
