The restaurants on site, fully functional gym, and lovely pool were all great. What stood out most, though, was how helpful and kind the staff were. They paid attention to my needs and made me feel at home. I travel a lot and have stayed in plenty of hotels, but this one was on another level, a true five-star stay and the best I've had in a long time. Highly recommended.

The place runs like clockwork, and the service is amazing, with meticulous attention to food preparation. There are four restaurants, plus a lounge and bar that are out of this world. The pool area is great, and the fitness centre is always well staffed. Nights are quiet, and the beds are comfortable. Bravo, look no further if you're staying in this area.

The staff were warm and friendly throughout, and the breakfast buffet had a great spread with lots of options for the family. The kids enjoyed staying here too. Eros Hotel New Delhi Nehru Place felt like a spacious hidden gem amid the busy city, peaceful and relaxing once inside. The lounge view was beautiful, and the ambiance was excellent. It was a comfortable, memorable stay, and I'd love to come back.

The room was spacious, well stocked, and very well maintained. Staff were well mannered, well dressed, and seemed properly trained in hospitality. From check-in through check-out it was a pleasant stay, and the breakfast buffet spread was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Delhi.

On my second stay at the Eros Hotel, the staff again exceeded expectations. I left my wedding ring in the room during a rushed departure, with flight delays adding to the trouble. Even though I had connectivity problems at the airport, the hotel proactively tracked me down to say they'd found it. Duty Manager Mr. Vineet Sharma was especially reassuring and personally made sure my sister received the ring safely. The staff are respectful, the food is delicious, and the service is top-tier. My wife still talks about the breakfast buffet from years ago. Highly recommended when visiting the area.
