OYO 40851 Hotel Athithi

I booked four days but left after just a few hours because the place was so unpleasant. It's in a filthy, unhygienic area, and the reception people were narrow minded. They set rules based on their own mindset, though they might change them if you threaten to leave. The rooms were small and dirty, with dirty bedsheets and a quilt. Lighting was poor, the walls weren't soundproof, and there were mosquitoes. Please don't go.

The AC was good and the staff were cooperative, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families. People without family can settle in easily. The walls and bathroom weren't clean, and water was leaking from the taps.

There were no hygiene standards here. My room was full of mosquitoes, and even a rat got in and ruined my food. There wasn't a geyser either, so don't expect much. It may suit young couples looking for cheap thrills.

I booked five rooms for wedding guests and had already paid in advance through OYO, but the staff still acted as if we wouldn't pay. They said we could pay the room rent by card once their machine was working again. Even so, they kept asking for cash in front of my guests and other customers. It was really embarrassing to have them behave that way.
