OYO 76809 Ratan The Pacific

The staff seemed like they were drunk. The bathroom was dirty, the sheets and blankets were old, and the geyser didn't work in winter. I only stayed because of the location. I've never been to a hotel this bad.

The location is remote, so there isn't much you can do. When you book an AC room online, they either give you a non-AC room or tell you to cancel. They didn't provide anything, not even a water bottle or soap, and rats in the room kept disturbing me all night. Take care and avoid booking this kind of hotel.

After I paid OYO in full in advance, the hotel refused to check me in at 23:10 on 30 Jan 2023. Is that acceptable to customers? The property wasn't accepting the OYO listing and booking. OYO customer care offered no solution beyond cancellation and waiting about a week for a refund. You shouldn't trust OYO room bookings when it has no control over the properties. Brajesh

The photos are far from what the room is actually like, and it was a bad choice. The space felt cramped because of unnecessary furniture. Room service was pathetic, OYO payment wasn't accepted, and they wouldn't provide a GST receipt. The room also couldn't afford white comforters.
