I booked one night through the OYO app, where the price after booking showed as 588 plus taxes. At the hotel, the receptionist said they don't accept OYO bookings and wanted 1000 for the night. They said they only put the listing on OYO to attract customer calls. There's no parking at the hotel, and it's in a very crowded part of indirapuram. Really awful experience. I’m asking OYO to blacklist this hotel.
After traveling from hyderabad since 9 in the morning, I arrived here for training with a room already booked. I’d paid 25% through my corporate office, which was meant to pay the rest, but the office was closed for the day. The hotel staff wouldn’t let me have the room and were very rude, telling me to leave. I asked if I could stay until 10 the next morning and pay the balance then. This was a really terrible experience.
They first turned down my online booking, then, after I pressed them, said it was because one of us didn't have a valid ID. A 56-year-old woman traveling with her son, who had his ID in hard copy, was still refused check-in. She had to climb three floors because staff had shut off the elevator. The staff were rude and unprofessional. If they had no rooms, why were bookings still open? Please don't count on a place like this. No wonder they only take bookings through OYO 😜
The room was lovely, clean, and neat, with a great bedroom design. The staff behaved wonderfully too.
