Octave Nest Inn

After traveling all the way there, they sent me away without a room. The hotel acted like I had no booking even though I showed them all the booking details. Deepak was somewhat helpful, but Rohit, the first person I spoke to, was extremely rude. Absolutely disgusting service.

The AC in the different room they gave us didn’t work at all. We asked staff to check, and two people came, pressed the remote for a while and told us to wait for it to cool, but it never did. They said our chosen room was for a regular guest and arranged another one, after keeping us waiting an hour. They also wouldn’t give us a room before the 11:30 check-in time without extra charges, even though rooms were available. Worst experience, don’t come here.

The rooms are good, but there are no fans, only AC, and I noticed a smell. I asked them for room freshener. It’s a good place otherwise.

The rooms are large and the AC worked fine, but the bathrooms were awful. Water ran out in the middle of the night and didn’t come back until the next day. We could only freshen up and bathe using a 25 litre water can from room service, and they brought it after we’d run out of water. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in during my sales career.
