My experience was very bad. The hotel was under construction, had no parking or kitchen facility, and the rooms were very dirty. Some room door locks were broken. Staff behavior was very rude, especially GRE saurav, and they weren't willing to help with even a simple thing. You had to ask them again and again for little things, and there was no sense of responsibility or proper service.

The rooms were unhygienic, with mosquitos and bed bugs all over. The property wasn't fully developed, and they didn't even have a kitchen to provide dinner.

Long waits and no proper response, with untrained staff and the worst service overall. There were parking issues, a smelly area, and construction sites. The staff were awful.

We waited half an hour in the hallway, and there wasn't even a signboard. The AC wasn't working, and the room smelled so bad.

It barely feels like a hotel, more like a flat. There’s no sign outside and no OYO tag, and I didn’t find food service or proper facilities. The reception and room service both need work. Such a disappointing place.
