The good points were the prime location, 24-hour hot water, no mosquitoes, and nobody asking for tips. Receptionist Abhilash was a good guy too. That's about it. Don't expect much. It's okay for a short stay at a budget price, but be prepared for lots of tiny cockroaches, poor cleanliness, limited room maintenance, and vehicle horns.

The room was easy on the budget, and being close to the airport was a bonus. It could have been a bit cleaner.

It's close to the Sitra bus stop, and the staff were friendly. Mr Abilash was especially kind.

We spent one night here as a family. A few cockroaches turned up in the room, and the rooms need better upkeep. Towels were given only when we asked. They didn't provide a water bottle or soap, even though those cost only Rs. 10-20.

Abhilash bro, thanks. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the airport is nearby. I'd recommend it for families.
