OYO 84319 Hotel RN Residency

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the service was good, but maintenance and guest comfort need to be taken seriously. The rooms weren't up to the mark, the bed was uncomfortable, the doors were broken, and mosquitoes were everywhere.

I paid 854 for one night, but when I got there they refused to let me in unless I paid Rs.1500. I complained to the OYO team, but even after an hour-long discussion they couldn't get me checked in. This was a complete mess by OYO and the hotel authorities. They spoke rudely and had no manners or etiquette. Never book or visit this hotel on OYO, they're totally insolent, and the experience was a blunder.

I called to ask if a room was available, and they said there'd be no problem, so I went there. Once I arrived, they refused me. It was the worst experience, a waste of time, and I would never book again. 0/0 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I stayed here recently on a family trip, but the room wasn't worth the price. The AC made a lot of noise and didn't cool, the geyser didn't work, and the tap was broken. The services they'd told us about weren't working either. The floor and walls were very dirty, and the manager did nothing after I complained.
