I booked for one night but left within a few hours. The room was so small there was barely space for a coat, and nowhere to put luggage. There is no lift, so you have to carry your bags all the way up. The toilet was black and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I saw three mice running across the floor and hiding under the coat. OYO shouldn't list such a nasty hotel in its app. This feels like cheating the public, and I've lost trust in OYO. I'll never book an OYO hotel again.

They didn't provide breakfast even though I had booked online with it included. They wanted extra money for every service, and when I said I'd paid online, they told me it was my mistake and they didn't care. There was no bucket, nothing. A very bad hotel and staff. I suggest never staying here.

The rooms were dirty, with mosquitoes everywhere, and the floor was dirtier than a road pavement. My room had no ventilation, and the bathroom had no bucket or mug. There was no room service, and the receptionist seemed there only to take cash. It was a horrible experience. This hotel should be blacklisted.

Bad experience. The room was dirty, there were no proper facilities for bathing or hot water, and it didn't feel safe. The staff weren't good either.

The bed sheet was extremely dirty, and the room itself was very dirty too. There was current water in the geajr in all rooms. A very bad experience.
