The prices were all over the place. The apps showed different rates for the same rooms, calling them got me another price, and visiting the hotel brought a different one again. The rooms were dirty and poorly managed, the atmosphere didn't feel welcoming, and the front desk staff made me uncomfortable. It also seemed like mostly smokers or drinkers came here. I wouldn't recommend it for families or gatherings. They appear to run several businesses at this same location, including townhouse 160, the rose hotel, and OYO hotels. The whole experience was really awful.

The room had no TV, water bottle, towel, or keys, and the balcony was blocked. Staff didn't respond despite more than ten follow-ups. After I was pressured into paying, the receptionist told OYO investigators I'd upgraded the room. There was no upgrade, amenities, or service, just harassment. I booked OYO Townhouse 160, also known as The Roseman Hotel, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, through the app for ₹972 with balcony access and paid an advance. At the hotel, the receptionist raised the price to ₹1,728 and told me to pay in full or leave, without an explanation. He was unprofessional and intimidating. Staff ignored and delayed me despite repeated requests, acting as though I should be grateful to stay after being overcharged. The place seems to rely on pressure and misleading guests into paying. I’m taking this to social platforms in the hope I can help even one customer avoid losing a night to this.

I paid for a premium room, but it was dirty and badly cleaned. There was even a mushroom or plant growing inside, which made the poor hygiene and maintenance obvious. For the price, that condition was unacceptable. I complained, but the staff weren't much help. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe staying there. OYO's toll-free representative told me I didn't need to pay anything at the hotel. But when I arrived, the operator said I had to pay ₹300 to get a room, and I paid it. That didn't match what OYO had told me.
