I clearly said I wanted to book online, but they still demanded extra money, insisting on a so-called “fixed price” even though the online rate was lower. It was a complete waste of time. The room and washroom were in terrible condition, and the whole experience was highly unprofessional. I would never recommend this place.

Even though I’d paid the full amount through OYO, the owner demanded another Rs. 1200. They’re looting customers. OYO customer support was no help either, despite multiple calls and hours wasted. Don’t book this hotel.

The bathroom was dirty, there was dust all over the lamps, and the room had a filthy smell. I also had to wait outside while they cleaned it, even though I’d told them I’d arrive in an hour. I’d paid Rs. 577 for one night on the OYO app, but at the hotel they said the minimum was Rs. 1000 and demanded the balance before giving me a room. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were very rude, and they wouldn’t take payment by card. They insisted on cash or PhonePe, with the money sent to an individual’s account. They also refused to honor the OYO price, saying they weren’t accepting OYO bookings and that the room cost Rs. 1200. Pay that or go somewhere else, they said. OYO should take action because this hotel is damaging its reputation.
