The location is good, but the event arrangements were a mess. GM Jitender hadn’t briefed staff about the function or the services needed, and Manager Ridhima kept checking with him about what to provide and when. There were communication gaps across the team. We couldn’t get anyone to help guests with luggage when asked, and smoke smell lingered in every room. It took about six hours for them to send room freshener. In many rooms, basic things such as towels, kettles, glasses, cups, and tea or coffee supplies weren’t working or available. Management and service were pathetic.

Room service is a complete disaster. You can wait an hour after asking for something, and sometimes it still won’t arrive then. It takes three or four follow-ups to get it, if they arrange it at all. If price isn’t a concern, this hotel is still the worst. They list non-vegetarian dishes on the menu, but when you order one, they don’t provide it. You have to choose from the vegetarian menu instead.

The kitchen I saw was dirty and unhygienic, and the room had no soundproofing. I booked one room for one night and found it infested with cockroaches. The washroom was also not maintained at all. There are plenty of issues with this hotel, and I’m not coming back. Ps: The good ratings are for the banquet hall, not the rooms.

Riddhima, thanks so much for helping us with our wedding stay. You made everything easy and kept our stay really comfortable. You were helpful and took responsibility throughout. We had an exceptional experience.

I left at 6:30 am without breakfast. At first they said they’d arrange something, but then they refused to do the same for other room options. The first room I was given wasn’t good, and the rooms didn’t match the price I paid. I felt they meant well and wanted to do right by guests, but they weren’t going about it the right way. It all felt like marketing gimmicks.
