The staff were courteous and gave me good service, and the location is very close to Ghaziabad Junction, around 300 m away. I stayed two days and had a good experience overall, with tidy, well maintained rooms and washrooms. The rooms have no windows, though, which makes them feel suffocating, and there was no AC provided, making it hard to cool off in summer. Still, the hotel was decent.

The room was in pathetic condition, and this was the worst hotel. The website photos were totally fake. The bedsheets smelled, the AC leaked inside the room, and the washroom was like a public toilet. The water taps and WC jet weren't working. I had booked an AC room online, but when I arrived they asked for extra money for AC. Mr Gupta at reception was very unprofessional. Never stay here.

Disgusting experience. The owner and staff behaved terribly and wouldn't let me check in before 12. They said I'd have to pay an extra 500 to check in at 5am. Seriously, don't ever visit.

The staff were humble and good, but the rooms were in poor condition. I think that's why I got this hotel at a low rate.

The staff weren’t very helpful, and the room wasn’t clean. There were loads of mosquitoes too. I also saw people taking guests’ phones and posting reviews themselves, including on the Oyo app. I wouldn’t book here.
