The Diamond by Fabhotel

Dear FabHotels Team, The broken door lock disrupted our plans for a key wedding event. We waited more than three hours for it to be fixed, even though it stopped working within the first day, and we were delayed getting to the event. My family and I stayed at FabHotel The Diamond Address, Prahlad Garhi, Vasundhara ,Ghaziabad from 14th May 2025 – 18th May 2025. We had booked four deluxe rooms for three days for an important wedding function, and this stay was distressing. The manager was extremely rude to us, including the senior members of our family. We tried to speak politely, but his behavior was disrespectful and harassing, adding stress to an important family occasion. The rooms also had a persistent foul smell, and the AC units leaked water, making the conditions uncomfortable and unsafe. A chair was broken, and cleanliness clearly wasn't a priority. We had to order room fresheners via Online because the hotel delayed providing them. It's incredibly disappointing to receive this kind of service under the FabHotels brand. I have photo and video evidence of the room conditions and can provide it upon request. Please take this matter seriously, take appropriate action against the hotel and its staff, and provide a formal apology and compensation for the distress and disruption caused.
