The room and food were kind of good, but getting there was a poor experience. The road was so narrow only one vehicle could pass, and the route and location were really bad.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and we got good service for a very low price. There was a bit of a wait at the start, but the staff made up for it. Shaid at reception deserves a special mention. He was polite and kind, handled our needs promptly, and made us feel more comfortable during the stay. A great experience in Manali, highly recommended 👍
