It was a nice, peaceful stay away from the hustle, and everything was as we wanted. Pooja mam, the owner, was very kind and even made breakfast for us herself. The food was great, and the staff were cooperative.

The views from the hotel were precious, and the rooms were clean with spacious bathrooms. There was hot water around the clock, even at the wash basin. The host was always available by phone and arranged everything, so all we had to do was check in. The reception was top class.

The food was spicy and not fully cooked, and the rooms and blankets were unhygienic. The owner, a woman, was mannerless and didn't know how to speak to people. We had a pathetic experience. I wouldn't give even one star if I had the option.

Kanyal Heights sits high up, and the views from the rooms are the best in Manali, I can guarantee it. As someone who loves nature, I really enjoyed this place. The staff and service were very good, the food tasted excellent, and everything was organized. It's the best hotel at very affordable prices. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is far from everything, and the rooms weren't clean. Staff were rude, the manager was rude, and nobody listened. They charged extra for everything, even selling a Rs. 20 bottle for Rs. 45. The food was unhygienic, and staff response was extremely poor. Easily the worst experience in my 35 years of experience. Not recommended at all. Please don't waste a single rupee here.
