We felt very settled here, especially with our six-month-old daughter in tow. While my wife was at her MBA classes at IIM Kozhikode, the team helped us look after the baby and gave us real peace of mind. Duty Manager Vijitha was warm, professional, and supportive throughout, and Jisha from Housekeeping was especially kind and gentle. A memorable stay, and a place I'd recommend to families with infants.

The area around the hotel is quiet, and our room was neat and clean. We stayed two nights near NIT Calicut. Breakfast was disappointing, though: one morning there was a buffet, but the next we were served only a dosa with no à la carte choices.

A friend who booked directly got an executive suite for the same price, while my Agoda reservation came with extra charges to use the air conditioner. I had booked months ahead, and nowhere did it say the room lacked air conditioning, even though it had an AC unit. The hotel wouldn't budge on the added fee, and Agoda seemed unsure how to help. This felt like a way to squeeze extra money from guests using third-party booking sites.

At 7:00 pm on 26/12/205, the person working in the A/c bar treated us as if we were slaves and wasn't customer friendly. Service matters for any business to grow.
