The service was very poor, and I had to change rooms three times. One smelled bad, the AC in the second didn’t work, and the washroom in the third wasn’t clean. The tap pressure was low, there was a leak at the hand pump, and the water was cold with no hot water. There were other problems too, including bottles left outside my room after people had been drinking. I’ve included photos. Someone should take action about this.

I’d give this place an even lower rating if I could. There was no cleanliness and no toiletries until we asked. Since I’d paid in advance and already checked in, I couldn’t book another hotel. We only found out what the place was like after arriving, and the manager told us we’d still have to pay the full amount if we cancelled after checking in.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom and on the bed. The room itself was dirty, and the bedsheet and pillow cover hadn’t been cleaned. There was no TV, soap, or towels.

We’re very happy we stayed here. It’s a good hotel for a family gathering, and they welcomed our whole family. Road construction was going on, but the staff’s behavior made up for the problems. We’re very thankful to Mr. Harsh Tandi for helping us with the booking through checkout.

There was no water supply at the property, so you might not even have water from the tap to wash your face. They provided no services, not even water. The staff also felt unsafe: they knocked on our door past midnight for no reason. A big no for families. Visit at your own risk.
