Check-in was smooth, and the host responded quickly. The studio was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with a really nice view and a warm, relaxing feel. I'd recommend it and would stay again.

We had to spend 20 minutes finding our room because nobody guided us, even though I was traveling with elderly parents. There was no reception, and we had to give our details to a random guard who didn't know what was going on. After we checked in and paid in full, the owner still asked for the booking number and PIN, then cancelled our booking. It seemed to be just to stop us from giving a real review. That's the kind of fraud this place is. The owner was extremely irresponsible and dishonest. Don't pay anything in advance, that's all the owner wants, then they make excuses. The building felt like an under-construction dump, not a hotel. The room wasn't fit for human stay, and the washroom was filthy. There were no basic facilities: no toiletries, towels, water, hot water, hygiene, or cleanliness. They claim 24-hour check-in, express check-in, and complimentary breakfast, but all of that is lies. Check-in is only 11 AM to 11 PM, and there's no breakfast at all. Nothing on their website or Booking.com is true. This place is dirty, unsafe, unprofessional, and completely fake. It's an absolute nightmare, the worst so-called “hotel” I've ever seen. Pure false advertising and a scam.

I really enjoyed the hotel's location and the great view. I stayed for 3nights and four days, and was thrilled to be there the whole time. The hotel was amazing.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the warm, inviting feel made me feel at home. Every detail, from the thoughtful touches and amenities to the excellent communication, made the stay seamless. The host went above and beyond. The decor was stunning, the place impeccably clean, and the location was perfect, convenient but peaceful. I honestly didn't want to leave and would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommend, can't wait to return!
