Treebo Green View, Noida

I've been coming to hotel green view every month for 10 years. The food is likeable, the room is very nice, and the owner and staff are helpful and cool. The management and staff are great, and the kitchen is available 24 hours. hotel green view is a very nice hotel.

Room service was excellent and the food was delicious, but the room itself wasn't worth the price. The TV didn't work, and despite asking repeatedly, I still wasn't given slippers. At checkout they pointed out a few bedsheet stains. Most of the sheet was in good condition, but it was my mistake, and after arguing about their ₹700 request we agreed on ₹500. They didn't give me a bill for that payment. This was my second stay at Green View Hotel. The first was great, while this one was bad. The receptionist first quoted ₹2200 a night, then we negotiated it down to ₹1800.

The staff were polite, helpful, and cooperative, but the poor maintenance made this a disappointing family stay for ₹2000 per night. The bathroom door wouldn't shut and the main door's center latch was misaligned. There was no hot water, and the first heater they brought was faulty, though they replaced it later. Wi-Fi reached only about 9 Mbps. Netflix and Amazon Prime appeared on the TV, but couldn't be used because storage was insufficient and there was no way to uninstall apps. The restaurant was gloomy and dark, and below par.

Early check-in was allowed, and the polite reception team made both arrival and checkout easy. The breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty choices, and the food quality was impressive. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept. Room service was quick to respond, and the friendly staff made the stay pleasant.
