Sanskruti Quality Resort

We paid more than Rs 8300 per room, per night, for a superior cottage, and my family stayed two days. The manager was rude when we asked about the problems and didn't answer us. We also complained at reception, but nobody seemed to take it seriously. The room was dirty, the sheets hadn't been changed, and the fan didn't work properly. There was no hot water, so we had to shower cold. The old mattress left my back hurting and I didn't sleep well. The AC and bathroom exhaust fan were very noisy. Breakfast was bad too, and dogs were running around the rooms. Maintenance was very poor. I've never had such a bad accommodation, even at other places.

We stayed three nights over the Christmas season. It was easy to get to Om beach and Kudle beach, and the food tasted very good at reasonable prices. The veg and non-veg sections were separate. Our room was clean and the service was good. Still, maintenance and cleanliness were poorly handled. We were given dirty rooms and had to ask for rooms and beds after check-in. One room smelled at first, though they cleaned it later. Food service was slow, the swimming pool wasn't operating, and there weren't convenient rooms for drivers. The room doors didn't feel safe, since sometimes they could be opened just by pushing, without a key.

The food was good throughout our stay. It's an amazing place, though the room and washroom need to be kept neater, and blankets should be changed after every stay.

The rooms were extremely unclean, with dirty, unhygienic sheets and towels that clearly hadn't been properly washed or changed. There was no room service, and basic hospitality was missing. The service was the worst, and the stay was very disappointing. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend this resort.
