The price felt too high for the service and quality. Also, arrange your own food, though you can order through Swiggy or Zomato. At checkout, the stated time was 11 am, but they disturbed us at 9 am and asked us to change rooms, even though we had told them beforehand. The day manager, Mr. Anand U, was good. At night, Mr. Rahul P was in shorts and a T-shirt, and could be rude when I got upset and asked why he was waking us at 9 when checkout was at 11. I also saw similar food photos used for different properties associated with Fab hotels. That seemed unethical, and made me wonder whether some reviews were fake. And if you feel like tipping staff who help bring things, you may reconsider after finding out they have already taken a cut from the money given. P.S. NOT RECOMMENDED. NOT FAB BUT CHEAP.

I shared a deluxe room with two others, and the service and staff were helpful. Some rooms are small, so check the room size before booking. Breakfast was oily and very spicy. You'll need to order food through Zomato, though they do provide tea and water.

Medical Road makes it easy to get around to different parts of the city. The rooms were clean and cozy, with enough space to move around comfortably. A good place to stay.

No parking, and the room had no cable TV or chairs. Room 104 had no hot water, and there was just one bottle of drinking water. Tea and biscuits were available if requested. The place was overpriced and had cleanliness problems. It might work for hosting wedding guests.

The Lily pond outside looked lovely from the room. The decor has a princely feel, and the rooms are luxurious. The hospitality was warm and made me feel at home. Online booking is available.
