Hotel Pink Paradise Gorakhpur

The staff were kind and patient with our language barrier, and even arranged a taxi to the train station for 4:30am. We really appreciated that, especially since our Ola app wouldn’t work here without an Indian phone number. They also brought us cold water bottles. Our room was spacious and VERY clean. The wall paint was scuffed, but that didn’t bother us. The linens smelled fresh, the bed was big and comfortable, and we liked the smart TV. We were at the back of the hotel, so with the fan and AC on, street noise wasn’t a problem. A great stay!

Room service made it easy to relax in the room, and the food arrived quickly, hot and delicious. The menu had plenty of choices, and everything we tried was excellent. The staff were professional and attentive, taking care of requests promptly. The rooms at Pink Paradise were clean and comfortable throughout my recent stay.

After crossing the land border from Nepal, I had a restful evening here before catching my train the next morning. The stay was pleasant, with good value and a convenient location. Check-in was flexible, and I got a friendly greeting. There was AirCon, solid WiFi, towels and soap, and a hot shower. The security gate is closed in the evening, so ring the doorbell and the receptionist will unlock it. Thank you!

I realized I’d left my charger in the room after checking out, when I got to the cant station. I called the receptionist right away and asked them to keep it safe while I came back. When I returned, my charger was there. They were honest and helpful.
