The hotel is very close to Prayagraj Jn Railway Station, and there are nearby hotels where you can get good food. We stayed here during our trip to Prayagraj for Maha Kumbh Snan. The facilities were good value for the money, and the management and staff were courteous and cooperative.

The manager took my money as a deposit and said he would return it at the end, but then argued over 100 bucks and handled the whole thing rudely. He acted as if he had given me the room for free, and even said bad things about me behind my back. The auto rickshaw drivers who bring people here seem to get paid for it, and I felt the manager was a fraud. Room service was awful too. He expected a tip for doing nothing, and when I asked for an iron for my shirt, he refused. The rooms were filthy, the blankets smelled, the bathroom was unhygienic and had no ventilation. It's cramped and humid, a perfect place to get sick, and isn't accessible for disabled people. They charge whatever they want and have no basic ethics. This was the worst stay I've ever had, easily the worst of all hotels.

The room prices were far too high for what we got, and the service was bad. In one of our rooms, the AC didn't work properly, and power kept fluctuating so much that the AC and fan were out for more than half our stay. There aren't food options nearby, either. Google Maps calls it a 3-star hotel, but I really don't think it deserves that. You'd be better off spending 200-300 bucks more at another good hotel nearby.

I couldn't sleep all night, and staying here nearly ruined my exam. I spent the day walking around the city to calm myself down because it was hard to breathe inside. Across all floors, only three or four rooms on the road side have windows. There's no phone in the room to call for service, and the receptionist didn't care about my problems. He seemed more interested in chewing tobacco. When I kept asking for a different room, he walked off the desk and went out to the road, so I had to follow him. Nothing got resolved. They also take a 100rs deposit and refund it later, which I found ridiculous. A zero-star hotel. A waste of time, money, and energy, and I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.
