Hotel RR Palace by OYO Rooms

I stayed for one day and had a really great experience. The rooms were clean, neat, hygienic, and luxurious, with a very comfortable bed. Service to the room was good, prices were reasonable, and the staff were friendly and behaved well. It's very close to the railway station, and Ghokarnat mandir is around 3.5 km away. Best place to stay in gorakhpoor, whether you're with friends, family, on business, or as a couple. Perfect place, must visit.

The room was dirty, with a stained sheet and a dirty towel. A second towel for the other person and toilet paper were missing. The breakfast was very basic, just bread and butter, and they tried to charge us for it even though it was advertised online as "free breakfast." The front desk staff member was horrible, rude, and unhelpful when I tried to sort out the hotel WIFI.

The bed was comfy and the location was good, but there was too much noise near our room at night. They didn't order the rikshaw they'd promised, and we nearly missed our train.

The staff were nice and courteous, but the place was extremely dirty and unhygienic. Avoid it. RR could stand for Rotten and Roaches Palace, just look for yourself. If I could give this property a negative rating, I would.
