Hotel Shivruun

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The washroom wasn't clean when I arrived, so I had to call staff to clean it. Isn't that supposed to be done before customers check in? The bedsheets looked like they had only been turned over after the previous guest, the kettle was dirty, and the washroom door was broken. So many mosquitoes, seriously.

I was disappointed overall and wouldn't recommend staying here. The room was full of mosquitoes all night, and they had left an empty Good knight refill. If you're charging 3000 /-, checking that basic item should be part of looking after customer health and hygiene. You can get much better rooms and service for this price, and I hope the hotel improves soon.

For all 3 days of our stay, we had to bathe in cold water, even after changing rooms. Staff told us to leave the tap and shower running for 10 minutes and said hot water would come on its own, but it never did. We just wasted a huge amount of water while waiting. I wasn't satisfied with the washrooms.

The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and have modern amenities. The staff were polite and attentive, always ready to help, which made the stay pleasant. otel Shivrunn is truly one of the best hotels in Gorakhpur, with a great mix of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality.
