Nova Inn

We were there for only 3 hours and got charged 1800 rs. The hotel, room, and manager were all awful, and it felt like they only cared about money. There were no mattresses, no toilet water, and no hot water for a bath. We asked the manager for water, towels, and mattresses, but he didn't help with any of it, just said they didn't have them. The manager was especially rude and aggressive, and seemed like a psycho. I don't understand that charge for just 3 hours. Please don't take your family there.

The water stopped in the morning, and when I asked, they blamed a power outage. During our couple of nights with family, the TV also didn't work. When we reported it, the manager was rude and misbehaved, and told us to contact someone else to get it fixed. One of the worst hotel stays I've had. This is a one star hotel.

The one letdown is the TV. If you watch a lot, the free dish channels may disappoint you. Otherwise, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and everything else was good at a reasonable price. They offer delivery of breakfast, lunch, and dinner from their menu, though the food comes from outside.

The renovation looks well done. My room felt modern, with a comfortable bed, a mini sofa, and a TV, and the toilets were very clean. I had a great two day stay and would come back.
