OYO Townhouse 1101 Hotel H G

I waited two hours to check in, and the receptionist and other staff spoke to customers badly. OYO bookings cost less, but once you arrive they demand extra money or refuse check-in. It was an awful hotel. I’ve seen better places even in Bihar. They act like nawabs of Lucknow. Save your time and money, there are plenty of other options.

They didn’t give me the room I’d seen, and when I reported that the geyser wasn’t working, they brought me a bucket of hot water. I felt embarrassed in front of my girlfriend, and there were so many problems that day. I’d warn people against booking through OYO or other services because management may move your booking to a lower-class hotel when you arrive, apparently because of money. If you know the management personally, maybe you can go, otherwise you may regret it. It was the worst experience of my life.

I loved the food and found the service impressive. Hotel heera grand is in an excellent location, and I feel lucky to have stayed here. I’ll choose this magnificent hotel whenever I’m in lucknow. Thank you 🥰

They may move your booking to a different hotel with another name, and that place has no parking. They also switch off the lift. If you ask for a refund after cancelling, they keep the money, and may hang up when you call about it. The staff don’t know how to talk to customers. This feels like fraud. Never book here or through OYO.
