The service was pathetic, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. When we checked in, the blanket cover hadn't been changed and was very dirty, with blood marks. We complained, and the staff said, "aapko thik lgta hai to raho nhi to check out kar lo time 12 o'clock." Completely disappointed. If minus stars were possible, I'd give this hotel one.

There's nothing good to say about this hotel, neither the staff nor the service. I believe OYO rooms here are used only for illegal activity. Don't stay here, that's my advice. If you don't believe me, stay once and see. I'd give it a minus rating if I could.

I could hear a lot of noise even from inside my room.

A good budget hotel near gorakhpur railway station. The room was clean, electricity was available 24/7, and there was filtered water to drink.
