Super Hotel O Paliwal's Paradise

The staff were very rude, and I had a really bad experience. They took 200 for breakfast when I booked, then only served tea and a packet of biscuits. They charge for services and breakfast during booking but deny them when it's time to provide them. Don't waste your money staying here.

Paliwal Paradise was easy to use as a base for exploring the city, and our spacious room was spotless and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the friendly, helpful staff, particularly the receptionist who went above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of delicious choices, and the room was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend the hotel, and will definitely return, according to a review site.

I wish I could give minus 100 points. We booked Hotel O Golden Tulip for one night while visiting Ayodhya with our child. My husband spoke with the owner an hour before we arrived, and the owner confirmed the booking. But at the hotel they denied us a room, saying they were fully booked. The hotel was under construction, something they hadn't mentioned when we booked. Instead, they took us to a low-grade 2-star hotel O paliwal's paradise. The rooms were filthy, with mosquitoes and even cockroaches crawling around. It was late at night in an unfamiliar city, and we had no safe place to go with our child. This was a horrible, distressing experience, unsafe and unhygienic, especially with a child. It was unprofessional and inhumane. Families, particularly those with children, should stay far away. Avoid this property at all costs.

I booked a room at Paliwal Paradise two days ahead, but when I arrived they said it was fully booked and had given my room to someone who paid extra. The staff were rude, unapologetic, dismissive, and showed no accountability or respect. They treated me like an inconvenience for expecting the room I'd reserved, and seemed more interested in a quick profit than honoring bookings. From the moment I walked in, the place felt like a nightmare. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. They don't care about guests or commitments, only squeezing more money out of people. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Worst hotel ever, don't stay here!
