I've never been treated with such disrespect at a hotel. The manager was extremely rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. That sort of behaviour from someone in a managerial role is unacceptable. A very disappointing experience.

The room was comfortable and clean, and I had a pleasant stay. I really appreciated the staff's hospitality and excellent service throughout.

Breakfast could use more options, but overall I had a great stay for the price. I was in Gorakhpur on business for two nights, and Yark Inn's central location made commuting easy. The room was clean and well maintained, with good Wi-Fi. The front desk was helpful, and check-in went smoothly.

Apart from the location, everything was terrible and overpriced for the room. There was a rat walking around in the room, so I couldn't sleep.

I didn't book this hotel, but it wasn't as good as I expected, even though it's right on the main road. There's no parking, so you'd have to leave your vehicle on the road, and the ACs aren't in good condition. The prices I was quoted when I visited Hotel yark were: without breakfast, 1904 for standard (tax included), 2464 for deluxe (), 3360 for executive, and 3024 for superior.
