The owners and staff were exceptionally polite, and the hilltop setting is beautiful, with valley views and open space where children can play. The stay still had several service problems: most rooms had geysers that didn’t work, there were no electric kettles, so we had to rely on staff for tea and coffee, and daily housekeeping was missed. Resources seemed scarce, and the food was only average. The management needs to deal with those infrastructure and service gaps.

The owner was humble and helpful, and the atmosphere was really good. It’s a lovely, spacious place for children to play. The only downside for us was that the food cost a little more than expected.

We only stayed a short while, but the large property in such an unusual location made it memorable. The cottages and accommodation, dining hall, food, staff, and our host, the Owner, were all good. It can suit families, small groups, couples, or friends. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an offbeat place.

The service was warm and kind, and the local food was tasty. There’s a spot to enjoy tea or coffee while looking out over the hills, with peaceful sunrises and sunsets. It’s a quiet place with lovely nature all around.

A wonderful place to stay, with great parking, a lovely location, and excellent staff. It’s one of the best homestays in north Bengal. I’ll be back soon with my family.
