Taj Gandhinagar Resort & Spa

This was our third visit to Taj Gandhinagar Resort & Spa, and it felt like coming home to relax and recharge. We were happy with the room, food, service, and activity area. Even with a large event happening at the resort, we weren’t inconvenienced at all. It seems well suited to office events and celebrations, away from the city crowd but still easy to reach, about a 30 minutes drive from Gift City. The restaurant food was outstanding, and we spent a lot of time there. Isha, Chef Manoj, Chef Manish, Naina, Mayank (the new recruit), Jaswant, Harish, and the entire restaurant team all deserve thanks. Chef Manoj was busy with another event but still checked in with us. Renu and Shobit kept us engaged with games in the activities area. Mr. Amit Dixit (GM) and Mr. Gaurav personally made sure we were well looked after. Check-in and checkout were quick and smooth, with Naveen at the front office and his colleagues being especially helpful and efficient. This long review might sound like it’s from an insider, but the team deserves every bit of the appreciation.

On this visit, our third time at the property, we stayed for two nights. We took late-night and early-morning walks around the grounds, and had all three meals at the restaurant on both days, plus high tea. The restaurant staff were lovely, the food was amazing, and special thanks to Chef Manoj, Isha, Naina, and Arush. We were initially a little concerned about an anniversary event taking place, but the staff made sure we weren’t disturbed. All the staff were courteous and helped us feel comfortable. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. Mr. Gaurav, his front office team, including Naveen and Renu, were very helpful, and the GM, Mr. Amit Dixit, made sure we had a great time. It was a good break for all of us. Thanks to the entire team at Taj Gandhinagar.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the room was spacious, spotless, with a really comfortable bed. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. It was quiet and peaceful, a true oasis. Highly recommend it for a weekend getaway.

Our stay on March 3rd and 4th became one of our best Holi celebrations, and we can’t wait to return. The team even gave us a one-hour late checkout so we had more time to wind down after the festivities. We expected the luxury associated with the Taj brand, but the warmth and surprise Holi celebration turned a regular getaway into a lasting memory. The staff greeted us with smiles and were eager to make us comfortable. It felt like attending a function at a relative's house, rather than staying at a hotel. Renu Mam was at the heart of it all, making sure every guest joined in and enjoyed the activities. Her energy and attention to detail made everyone feel like a VIP. Food was a highlight, with authentic flavors and delicious snacks and dishes served throughout without us having to ask. The Rajasthani folk dance and music were superb, and the infectious rhythm got everyone dancing together. Thanks to the whole team for a Holi celebration we’ll remember.
