The cost and location were the only decent parts, and even that's a stretch. During my four-day stay, the room wasn't cleaned despite repeated requests. I had to go to reception for drinking water each day, and the staff were very good at ignoring me to my face. The room also hadn't been cleaned before I arrived, with lots of things left behind by previous occupants. I wouldn't recommend it to a family.

I didn't enjoy staying here. The washroom door was broken and couldn't be locked, and there was nowhere to hang clothes. The tea was awful even after I asked for it strong. The Wi-Fi and TV weren't useful, and they weren't flexible about timings.

I nearly cancelled because I wasn't sure about staying here, but I'm glad I went. The food was amazing, and the staff made me and my mother feel safe. We had a good experience, especially for such an affordable price.

There isn't any housekeeping staff, and the people working here were extremely rude. Basic decency was missing in the way they treated me.

Breakfast is served buffet-style and was good quality, and the price seemed reasonable for this location. The rooms were clean, too. It's a decent hotel near the expo mart, with a hygienic feel.
