The managers were arrogant, and they charged extra GST at checkout without providing a GST bill. My experience was awful from the start: this was a third class hotel. The AC didn't work, and there was no almirah or mirror. I wish I could give it zero stars, or even a minus rating.

The reception staff started shouting when I called for soap and a towel. He said, “rakha to hai diya to hai,” as if they'd already given them. The Wi-Fi wasn't working either, and they said the wires weren't proper. During the CAA riots I wanted to check that everything was safe, but when I asked about English channels, I was told they had no English channel and to watch Hindi instead. Fine, things happen, but at least admit it and talk to people like a human being.

There were mosquitoes and a mouse in the room. No almirah, no mirror. It was one of the worst stays I've had, and I'd give it zero stars or even a minus if I could.

The services were really good, and the charges were reasonable. A great spot to hang out with friends.

The room was pretty small, but it was good and big enough for a stay.
