The food was okay, but everything else was bad. Rooms and washrooms were dirty and smelly, with insects and spider webs everywhere, and things were broken. Service was poor, and they didn't even provide a bar of soap. It seemed like there were no maids for room service. Don't waste your money, especially if you're with family. This feels like a low-grade hotel and doesn't deserve even one star.

There's a pure vegetarian restaurant right below the hotel serving tasty, good quality food, and the stay is good value for budget travelers. It can work well for guests attending wedding functions. Just be aware there's no elevator, which could be difficult for older people.

My family and I visited Khana sweets and resturan for the first time, but the service really disappointed me. Our chilli potato took around 25-30 minutes to arrive. The staff were busy enjoying tea, and nobody looked after the guests.

The food was great, with a nice selection of North Indian and South Indian cuisines. I went with friends and really liked the ambience too. The staff were courteous, and it was a wonderful place.

There were pests and insects all over the room, and the service was terrible. The staff weren't supportive. I learned my lesson: never pay in advance.
