Lime Tree B&B Pari Chowk

I only stayed for a few hours, and the clean, decent room worked well for that. The amenities were basic, with nothing especially luxurious, but staff were very good and check-in went smoothly. A practical choice for a short stay.

The first two days of our three-day stay were fine, but on the last day the AC quit working. We reported it straight away and were told it would be fixed, then waited with no response. Even after contacting the manager and customer support, nobody helped. An elderly person who seemed to live at the property said they couldn’t do anything, ignored us when we said it was their responsibility, and was rude throughout. When we asked for a refund, they refused, claiming an online payment meant they couldn’t return the money. We asked to change rooms, but he arrogantly said they were all full, then bluntly told us to do whatever we wanted. Easily the most unprofessional and hopeless experience I’ve had. No responsibility, service, or respect for guests.

The place had a calm, quiet atmosphere. The owner and staff were polite and helpful, and the hospitality was great. Thank you.

We spent one night here with our child and wife. It worked well for a business or office trip, with more amenities than expected for the price. Staff responded quickly and were supportive.
