Rosetum Kasauli

The view from the balcony was amazing, the food was impressive, and the staff were extremely helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to get a free upgrade because occupancy was low that day. I’d suggest calling the property directly for the best deals. From my experience, adding dinner to your booking is a good idea: there are few nearby places to eat at night, and restaurants can be quite expensive. I’d booked breakfast only. The location is the one small drawback, though that’s common for major resorts in Kasauli. The parking area is steep, which could be tricky if you’re not used to hill driving. Still, it’s a lovely stay and good value for the price.

The birthday celebration we organised at Rosetum Kasauli was made really memorable. The staff helped us plan and carry it out beautifully, taking care of the little details with warmth. They were cooperative, smiling, and ready to handle every request. We stayed from 10th-12th April and had a wonderful time. Truly outstanding hospitality, and a perfect 5-star experience. Highly recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hotel Rosetum Kasauli looks good in photos, but my stay was a letdown. The bedsheets had stains, the rooms weren’t properly cleaned, and basic hygiene seemed overlooked. The bathroom was poorly maintained too. Requests took far too long, even simple things like drinking water or room service. The staff seemed uninterested and slow. The food was below average for the price, with a limited menu, and what we ordered lacked taste and freshness. It feels overpriced for what it offers. With the hygiene problems, poor service, and average food, I wouldn’t recommend it. There are much better options in Kasauli at similar or lower prices.

I spent one night here in May 2026 in a queen suite. The room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was a major letdown: the Jacuzzi was badly maintained, cracked all around and cheaply patched with cello tape. A power socket was loose from the wall, the bath water was only lukewarm, and the bathroom door had no inside lock. There were good views from the room and the restaurant’s outdoor dining area. Breakfast had a decent spread, though the food tasted only moderately good. The custom parathas were nice, so ask for those. During our stay there was painting and drilling, leaving a constant smell of paint and drilling noise all morning. For the price, the amenities and upkeep weren’t worth it. Give it a miss; there are better properties around at this price point.
