The room smelled awful and was damp, with cigarette butts scattered around. The geyser didn’t work, and the property was dirty with poor service. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Don’t waste your money here.

Check the room before paying. Mine was dusty, with cracked walls, a poor bathroom, and nothing like the pictures. Even the minimum cleaning hadn’t been done. When we complained about the AC, the receptionist responded with an attitude. It wasn’t up to hotel standards at all. Horrible experience, please don’t book here.

Booked online through Agoda, but the hotel said it wouldn’t accept online bookings. I spent 1.5 hours outside, speaking with Agoda customer care to get a refund. Avoid it if you want peace of mind on your trip.

We left early the next day because the second room wasn’t comfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend this place for a family stay. We’d booked two rooms for a friend’s wedding: one was fine, but the other had a poorly working AC, so we relied on the fan the whole time. Both rooms smelled quite bad, the restrooms were only okay, and although the bed was comfortable, the stay overall was average. Waiting so long for the rooms to be ready was especially frustrating at night. The hotel should keep every room clean and maintained, fix the faulty AC, and avoid making guests wait so long to check in.
