The washrooms were dirty, and the room was completely useless. The receptionist, an old man, had no manners and didn’t know how to speak to customers.

During my business trip around Panjab, this was the best hotel I stayed at. The food service was good, and I especially liked the Angari Soya Chap. My room was clean, the amenities were in good condition, and the staff helped whenever I needed anything. The manager and owner were very kind, and the hospitality was so good. Thanks, Hotel Crown Inn... ❤️❤️❤️

My experience at this hotel was the worst. The rooms are small, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and the tap didn’t work properly. Water costs 25₹ instead of 20₹. There was also no landline to call for orders or service.

The staff were rude, and the rooms were among the worst I’ve ever seen. I asked for a GST bill, but they gave me a handwritten bill even though they had said they would provide one. Don’t book these rooms.

It’s very close to Railway Station Jalandhar City and reasonably good for the price, well within budget. Mr Nagpals has a pleasant face and a cooperative attitude, which makes this place stand out from the nearby hotels.
