At check-in, the staff made the hotel unavailable offline, and they didn't seem to care about the client's problem. The focus seemed to be only on business late at night. The staff's behavior was very bad, and this is connected to Oyo. A hotel like this shouldn't be part of the Oyo series.

The rooms are very poorly maintained. The salesman is good at renting out a non-AC room for the price of an AC room.

We ended up changing rooms after finding loose, unsafe switchboards that nearly came off when touched, and a fan that didn't work. The electricity kept cutting out during the night in the new room too. No slippers were supplied, and staff told us to bring our own. We were also charged more than the price shown on the OYO app. Water cost us ₹200 for 4-5 bottles listed at ₹20 each. After all that, the stay was frustrating and not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend it.

I had to cancel at the hotel that day and faced a lot of problems. I had a confirmed booking in Greater Noida for 11/5 to 12/05, but the hotel denied having it even after I showed them the Oyo app. They told me to contact Oyo. I called 10/12 times and got no response, so I think Oyo is a 3rd class booking app. I'll never book a hotel through Oyo again.
