I wasn't comfortable or satisfied with this hotel or its room service. The rooms were awful, and staff behavior was really bad. None of the rooms seemed properly equipped: the TV didn't work, some room geysers didn't work, some rooms had no key available, and the bathroom flush was broken. I escalated it to the OYO team, but the problem wasn't resolved. The staff told me, "What's here is all there is, you'll have to cooperate with us."

The area is very dirty, and the place doesn't look like the pictures in real life. The service isn't good either.

There’s no kitchen, and the staff wouldn’t cooperate. The hotel and its location were both terrible. A really bad experience.
