The Ansal

I booked two months ahead through MakeMyTrip, but the day before check-in I called the hotel to confirm. Mr Vishnu KC told me it was under renovation and said they had informed MakeMyTrip. MakeMyTrip said they had no such information. The next day, their team spoke with the hotel and confirmed that the owner had cancelled my booking without notifying them. I was left without a place to stay. The hotel was still listed on booking sites. I booked a room at a hotel right beside The Ansal the next day, and that made me doubt the renovation explanation from The Ansal’s owner, Mr Vishnu KC. The hotel appeared to be 200℅ operational. I believe they cancelled our booking and then took walk-in customers at double the rate because demand was high during the Expo Event. Don't book here. I was left stranded and helpless, after paying for a booking. I'm attaching a photo of the supposedly under-renovation hotel.

We had a decent stay, and the hotel suited our plans to see the first ever Indian MotoGP at Budh International circuit. It’s a fine option in Greater Noida.

Breakfast had everything we needed, and the hotel was close enough to get around easily. Our room and bathroom were lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly throughout. I’d happily recommend it and stay again. Thankyou!

The rooms were comfortable and had ac, and the hotel’s location was good. It was nice and affordable, too. Room prices can be negotiated, and the staff behaved well.
