Treebo Trend The Dms Residency

The location is the one good thing here. Otherwise, this was the worst experience. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the door didn’t lock properly. There were no towels in the room, and basic things like the TV and intercom didn’t work. I had to wait two hours for water. Calling this a 3 star hotel is a joke. I’d strongly advise against spending your money here.

I came away with a very bad impression, mainly because the staff seemed unprofessional and unsure of their jobs. Room service was painfully slow. There was no drinking water in the room, just a plastic jug to store it, and the bathroom had no toiletries. They also seemed unsure whether breakfast was free, even though it was advertised that way. The free WiFi claim for all rooms was false in my experience, since there was no WiFi on the upper floors. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The food was good, and the front office staff were really helpful. He found me all the addresses I needed to cover with my corporate group in two days. The location is very close to expo mart exhibition Centre, too. I booked through an online portal and had a good stay with perfect hospitality.

I had to ask for every basic thing, including water, a tea or coffee kettle, and soap for the bathroom. There was just a plastic jug in the room. They also needed reminding about the complimentary breakfast listed on their site. At Rs 2800, this was overpriced, and the unprofessional staff and missing basics don't make it feel like a 3 star hotel.
