Several toiletries were missing, and the ones supplied were old and used. They charged Rs 54 for a 1 litre Aquafina bottle marked Rs 18 MRP, without telling me the price first, then added it to the bill and insisted I pay. When we said we'd complain to the relevant authorities, they didn't seem concerned and said it was their decision and we had to pay. Avoid this hotel. It seems to me that the good star ratings may be paid ones.

The flush in the room didn't work, and the whole place felt like a mess. The customer service was awful and the staff didn't seem professional. There's a bar upstairs that played loud music and disturbed hotel guests. Also, don't take the lift: when the power went out, it literally fell and created a hazard. I can't recommend this place.

They confirmed three suites reserved 10 days in advance, but still didn't provide rooms. If they can't deliver the service, why run a hotel? Truly the worst service, and I would not recommend it at all.

I stayed with my family and we had a really amazing time, with a super comfortable stay and good food and drinks. Rahul was a great host and treated us nicely. A must visit for anyone who loves beer, cocktails, and food.

The rooms are clean and well kept, but the bath water heater wasn't working. Service was also much slower than I expected.
